Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website infobeamsolution.com and your engagement with the eCommerce account management services provided by Infobeam Solution.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with Infobeam Solution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

1. Scope of Services
Infobeam Solution provides professional eCommerce account management services to brands, sellers, manufacturers, and D2C businesses operating on Indian and global marketplace platforms including — but not limited to — AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Alibaba, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Tata CLiQ.
Our services include, depending on the package or agreement selected:
- Seller account creation and onboarding
- Brand registration and approval support
- Product listing and catalogue management
- SEO optimization of product content
- Advertising and sponsored campaign management
- Inventory and order management
- Account health monitoring and compliance
- Sales growth strategy and performance reporting
- Digital marketing services including SEO, SMO, and Google Ads
The specific scope of services applicable to your engagement will be defined in the service agreement, proposal, or package confirmation shared with you prior to commencement of work.
2. Eligibility
By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent
- The information you provide to Infobeam Solution is accurate, complete, and up to date
- You hold valid GST registration (where applicable) and all necessary licenses required to conduct eCommerce business in India or your relevant jurisdiction
- You will not use our services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or in violation of any marketplace platform’s policies or Indian law
3. Service Agreement & Onboarding
Confirmation of Engagement
Your engagement with Infobeam Solution is confirmed upon:
- Receipt of written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our team
- Acceptance of the service proposal or package details shared by our team
- Receipt of advance payment as specified in Section 4
Service Commencement Timeline
Upon confirmation and receipt of advance payment, Infobeam Solution will commence services within the timelines specified in your service agreement. General guidelines are as follows:
- Account Setup & Onboarding: 5–7 business days (subject to marketplace approval timelines)
- Product Listing & Catalogue Upload: 7–14 business days depending on catalog volume
- Brand Approval Process: 2–4 weeks depending on marketplace review timelines
- Advertising Campaign Setup: 3–5 business days after catalog approval
- Full Account Management: Commences within 7 business days of onboarding completion
Please note that timelines for marketplace-dependent processes (brand approval, category approval, listing QC) are governed by the respective marketplace platforms and are outside the direct control of Infobeam Solution.
Client Onboarding Requirements
To enable Infobeam Solution to commence and deliver services effectively, the client is responsible for providing the following in a timely manner:
- Valid GST Registration Certificate
- PAN Card of the business entity or proprietor
- Brand Trademark Certificate (where applicable for brand approval services)
- Marketplace seller account login credentials (where applicable)
- High-quality product images meeting marketplace specifications
- Product details including dimensions, weight, materials, and specifications
- Bank account details for marketplace payment receipt setup
- Any other documentation specifically requested by Infobeam Solution or the marketplace platform
Delays in providing required documentation will result in corresponding delays in service delivery. Infobeam Solution shall not be held liable for service delays caused by incomplete or late submission of client documents.
Payment Terms
Pricing
All service pricing is as specified in the package details published on www.infobeamsolution.com/packages/ or in the customized service proposal provided to the client. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
GST
All services provided by Infobeam Solution are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%) as per Indian tax law. GST will be charged in addition to the base service fee and will be reflected in all invoices issued by Infobeam Solution (GSTIN: 09AAIFI5915N1ZT).
Advance Payment
Infobeam Solution requires advance payment before commencement of any service. The advance payment requirement will be specified in your service agreement or proposal. No work will commence until the confirmed advance amount has been received and verified.
Payment Methods
Payments to Infobeam Solution may be made via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- UPI Payment
- Any other payment method as mutually agreed and confirmed in writing
Invoice & Receipt
Infobeam Solution will issue a GST-compliant tax invoice for all payments received. Invoices will include applicable GST breakup (CGST + SGST / IGST) as per the nature of the transaction.
Late Payment
Where payment is due for ongoing services and is not received within the agreed timeline, Infobeam Solution reserves the right to pause or suspend service delivery until the outstanding payment is cleared. We will provide written notice before suspending services.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery
- Respond to requests for information, documents, or approvals within a reasonable time — generally within 3 business days
- Ensure that all product information, images, and brand assets provided to Infobeam Solution are owned by the client or licensed for use and do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Maintain compliance with all applicable marketplace policies, Indian laws, and GST obligations
- Not engage in any activity on their marketplace account that violates platform policies during the period of engagement with Infobeam Solution
- Inform Infobeam Solution promptly of any changes to their business, products, or marketplace account status that may affect service delivery
- Keep marketplace login credentials secure and notify Infobeam Solution immediately of any unauthorized account access
6. Third-Party Marketplace Disclaimer
Infobeam Solution is an independent eCommerce service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Amazon, AJIO (Reliance Retail), Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Alibaba, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Tata CLiQ, or any other marketplace platform we service on behalf of our clients.
All marketplace platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to these platforms on our website and in our service materials are for descriptive purposes only.
Infobeam Solution does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, sales volumes, or revenue results on any marketplace platform, as these are determined by marketplace algorithms, buyer behavior, market conditions, and other factors beyond our direct control. We commit to applying our best professional expertise, industry knowledge, and proven strategies to maximize performance on your behalf.
7. Intellectual Property
Client’s Intellectual Property
All product content, images, brand assets, and business information provided by the client to Infobeam Solution remain the sole intellectual property of the client. Infobeam Solution uses these assets solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services and does not claim any ownership over client-provided materials.
Infobeam Solution’s Intellectual Property
All content published on www.infobeamsolution.com — including service descriptions, blog articles, graphics, tool designs, calculators, and strategic frameworks — is the intellectual property of Infobeam Solution and is protected under Indian copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Infobeam Solution.
Listing Content Created by Infobeam Solution
Product listings, catalogue content, advertising copy, and other eCommerce content created by Infobeam Solution on behalf of the client during the service engagement is delivered for the client’s exclusive use upon full payment of applicable service fees. Infobeam Solution retains no ongoing rights to client-specific content after delivery and full payment.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary, business-sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the service engagement.
Infobeam Solution commits to:
- Not disclosing client business information, sales data, marketplace credentials, or strategic plans to any third party without prior written consent
- Using client information solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services
- Ensuring all team members with access to client accounts are bound by confidentiality obligations
The client commits to:
- Not disclosing proprietary methodologies, strategies, or frameworks shared by Infobeam Solution to competitors or third parties
- Not sharing login credentials or account access provided by Infobeam Solution with unauthorized parties
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service engagement for a period of 2 years.
9. Termination of Services
Termination by Client
The client may terminate services by providing 30 days written notice to Infobeam Solution via email at sales@infobeamsolution.com. During the notice period, services will continue to be delivered as agreed.
Termination by Infobeam Solution
Infobeam Solution reserves the right to terminate services with 15 days written notice in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of due fees
- Client provision of false or fraudulent information
- Client engagement in activities that violate marketplace policies or Indian law
- Circumstances that make continued service delivery commercially or legally impractical
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due and payable
- Infobeam Solution will return client login credentials and transfer all completed work to the client
- Any advance payments for services not yet commenced will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy available at www.infobeamsolution.com/refund-policy/
- Confidentiality obligations as specified in Section 8 continue to apply
10. Limitation of Liability
Infobeam Solution’s total cumulative liability to the client for any claims arising from or related to the services provided — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client to Infobeam Solution in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Infobeam Solution shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity on marketplace platforms
- Marketplace account suspension, listing suppression, or policy enforcement actions taken by marketplace platforms
- Delays caused by marketplace review processes, technical outages, or platform policy changes
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services
- Actions or inactions of the client that result in marketplace policy violations or account penalties
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or platform infrastructure failures
11. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infobeam Solution and its partners (Akash Sharma, Gunjan Katyal, Vandana Pundhir), employees, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- The client’s breach of these Terms
- The client’s violation of any marketplace platform policies
- Any intellectual property infringement claim related to client-provided content or products
- The client’s violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation
12. Prohibited Uses
By using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from www.infobeamsolution.com without written permission
- Use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, client accounts, or data
- Use our services to list counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products on any marketplace platform
- Provide false information to Infobeam Solution or marketplace platforms in connection with our services
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functioning of our website or services
13. Website Use & Disclaimer
The information published on www.infobeamsolution.com is provided for general informational purposes about our services. While we strive to keep all information accurate and current, Infobeam Solution makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information on our website.

14. Amendments to Terms

- Notify active clients via email of any changes that materially affect their service engagement
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Infobeam Solution, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreement, proposal, or package confirmation provided to the client, constitute the entire agreement between Infobeam Solution and the client with respect to the services described herein and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements.
