About Infobeam Solution - A Trusted Ecommerce Account Management Agency
Infobeam Solution is a Leading e-commerce account management company built to solve one specific problem: most brands are good at making products, not at navigating the operational complexity of selling across 11+ online marketplaces. We exist to close that gap—managing seller accounts, optimizing listings, and running growth campaigns so brands can focus on their product while we focus on their marketplace performance.

Our Story
This is how Infobeam Solution was founded—to offer end-to-end e-commerce solutions to companies willing to set up shop on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra without having to put together a whole e-commerce team in house.
An initial practice dedicated solely to e-commerce account management has since expanded into a full-fledged business offering services on 11 e-commerce platforms and four digital services, including SEO, SMO, web development, and Google Ads, with offices located in five different cities in India, including Ghaziabad, Noida, Jaipur, Surat, and Coimbatore.

How We Work
All engagements begin with a data-focused audit, rather than a run-of-the-mill onboarding checklist. We first assess what’s working, what’s not, and where revenue can be made—whether it’s the Buy Box issue on Amazon, getting your brand approved on Myntra, or unused Google ad budget.
The process of inventories, pricing, and audience targeting can leverage our AI and machine learning tools, but each strategy of every account is developed by our team from scratch and not by some automated end-to-end solution. The performance of seller accounts is transparently reported on an ongoing basis, rather than summarized each month.
Our Team & Management Workflow
The Typical Course of an Engagement
Week 1 - Audit & Onboarding
We assess your existing accounts, discover the most impactful opportunities, and gain access to all marketplaces and systems that we will manage for you.
Weeks 2-4 - Implementation
Onward - Monitoring & Reporting
Every 3 months - Strategy reassessment
