At Infobeam Solution, we deliver high-quality ecommerce management services with transparency and professionalism. We understand that business needs can change, and we aim to handle all refund and cancellation requests with fairness, transparency, and professionalism.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Infobeam Solution, a Partnership Firm registered under Indian law, operating from:

1. Nature of Services — Why Refunds Are Limited
Infobeam Solution provides professional, knowledge-based eCommerce services including account setup, product listing, brand registration, catalogue management, advertising, SEO optimization, and account health management across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Alibaba, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.
These are professional services — once work has commenced, the time, expertise, and resources of our team are deployed on your behalf. For this reason, our refund eligibility is structured as follows:
- Service fees cover professional time, tools, and expertise — not deliverables that can be “returned” like physical goods.
- Work on your account may begin immediately upon payment confirmation and within agreed onboarding timelines.
- Third-party marketplace processes (brand approvals, listing reviews, category approvals) begin as soon as our team initiates them and cannot be recalled once submitted.
- Refunds are therefore available only within defined timeframes and for specified circumstances as detailed in this Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refund Eligible
A full refund of the advance payment will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment, provided that no work has been commenced by Infobeam Solution.
- Infobeam Solution is unable to commence or deliver the agreed services due to reasons entirely within our control (not due to client-side delays or documentation failures).
- Infobeam Solution cancels the engagement before commencement for any internal reason.
2.2 Partial Refund Eligible
A partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances, subject to review and at the sole discretion of Infobeam Solution:
- Cancellation request submitted after 48 hours but before significant work has commenced — the refund amount will reflect a deduction for time and resources already deployed.
- Client requests cancellation mid-engagement (after work has commenced but before completion) — a refund may be issued for services not yet commenced, after deducting fees for completed work.
- A specific deliverable within the service package cannot be completed due to marketplace restrictions or platform decisions outside the scope of Infobeam Solution’s control — the refund will apply only to the undeliverable component.
Note: Partial refund amounts will be calculated transparently, based on the work completed relative to the total scope, and communicated to the client in writing before processing.
2.3 No Refund Applicable
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Work has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of services.
- Cancellation is requested after the service has been substantially delivered (more than 70% of agreed deliverables completed).
- Services have been delayed or disrupted due to the client’s failure to provide required documents, credentials, or approvals on time.
- The client’s marketplace account is suspended, restricted, or penalized due to client actions, policy violations, or pre-existing account issues — not attributable to Infobeam Solution’s work.
- The client is dissatisfied with marketplace outcomes (sales, ranking, visibility) that are determined by marketplace algorithms, buyer behavior, and market conditions — factors outside Infobeam Solution’s direct control.
- Free consultation, discovery calls, or strategy sessions provided at no charge.
- Services for which payment was made more than 30 days prior to the refund request, and where work has been actively ongoing.
- Advance payments towards monthly retainer agreements that have been active for more than one billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Client
Clients wishing to cancel their service engagement must notify Infobeam Solution in writing by email to sales@infobeamsolution.com with the subject line: “Service Cancellation Request — [Your Business Name]”.
The following notice periods apply:
- Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund applicable (see Section 2.1)
- After 48 hours, before work commencement: Partial refund applicable (subject to review)
- After work has commenced: 30 days written notice required; partial refund applicable for incomplete services
- After substantial delivery: No refund; client may continue to use all delivered work
Upon cancellation, Infobeam Solution will return all client-provided credentials, assets, and documents, and transfer all completed work to the client within 7 business days.
3.2 Cancellation by Infobeam Solution
Infobeam Solution reserves the right to cancel or terminate the service engagement with 15 days written notice under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of due fees beyond the agreed payment timeline
- Client provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Client’s engagement in activities that violate marketplace policies or applicable Indian law
- Circumstances that make continued service delivery legally, commercially, or ethically impractical
In the event of cancellation by Infobeam Solution under these circumstances, no refund will be issued for services already rendered. Any advance payment for services not yet commenced will be refunded within 15 business days.
4. Service-Specific Refund Guidelines
The following service-specific guidelines apply in addition to the general policy above:
4.1 Account Setup & Onboarding
Once seller account registration has been initiated on a marketplace platform, the process cannot be reversed by Infobeam Solution. Refunds for account setup fees are only available if the cancellation request is received before our team has initiated the registration process on the marketplace portal.
4.2 Brand Registration & Trademark Support
Brand registration involves submission to marketplace brand registries and/or government trademark portals. Once submitted, the application cannot be withdrawn by Infobeam Solution. No refund will be issued after submission. If Infobeam Solution has not yet submitted the application, a full refund is available within 48 hours of payment.
4.3 Product Listing & Catalogue Management
Refunds for listing services are calculated on a per-listing or per-batch basis. If a batch of listings has been completed and uploaded, the fee for that batch is non-refundable. Fees for unlisted products within an incomplete batch may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
4.4 Advertising & Sponsored Campaign Management
Advertising management fees (Infobeam Solution’s service charge) are non-refundable once a campaign has been set up and activated. Any advertising budget directly loaded into marketplace advertising accounts (e.g., Amazon Ads budget) is separate from Infobeam Solution’s service fee and is subject to the marketplace platform’s own refund policy — not this policy.
4.5 Monthly Retainer & Ongoing Account Management
Monthly retainer fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and cover the full month’s account management services. No pro-rata refund will be issued for cancellations made after the billing cycle has commenced. Clients who cancel a retainer during an active cycle will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period.
4.6 SEO, Digital Marketing & Content Services
These services involve significant creative and strategic effort. Once content, strategies, or campaigns have been created and delivered (even in draft form), the fee for those deliverables is non-refundable. Refunds are only available for service components not yet initiated at the time of cancellation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to sales@infobeamsolution.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Business Name]”
- Include your full name, business name, contact number, the service for which refund is requested, the date of payment, and the reason for requesting a refund.
- Attach proof of payment (bank transfer confirmation, UPI screenshot, or invoice number).
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- We will review your request against this Policy and communicate our decision in writing within 7 business days of acknowledgement.
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval confirmation.
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
Upon approval of a refund request:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the client (bank account or UPI ID).
- Processing time: 10–15 business days from the date of refund approval.
- A GST-compliant credit note will be issued against the original tax invoice as required under the CGST Act 2017.
- Bank transfer charges or transaction costs (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will not be processed in cash under any circumstances.
7. GST & Tax Implications on Refunds
Infobeam Solution is a GST-registered business (GSTIN: 09AAIFI5915N1ZT). All services are subject to GST at 18% as applicable under Indian tax law. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as follows in accordance with GST regulations:
- A credit note will be issued against the original GST invoice for the refunded amount, inclusive of applicable GST.
- The GST component of refunded amounts will be adjusted in our GST returns as per CGST Act 2017 provisions.
- Clients are advised to consult their own tax advisors regarding the GST implications of any refund received in the context of their own business accounts.
8. Marketplace Platform Fees — Important Distinction
It is important to understand the distinction between Infobeam Solution’s service fees and fees charged directly by marketplace platforms:
- Infobeam Solution’s service fees: Covered by this Refund Policy.
- Marketplace subscription fees (e.g., Amazon Professional Seller plan): Subject to the respective marketplace’s own refund policy — not Infobeam Solution’s.
- Advertising budgets loaded to marketplace ad accounts: Subject to the marketplace platform’s advertising refund policy.
- Marketplace commissions, FBA/FBF fees, or penalty charges: Not Infobeam Solution’s responsibility and not covered by this Policy.
Infobeam Solution is an independent service provider and is not responsible for, and cannot refund, any fees charged directly by marketplace platforms to the client.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our decision on your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us in writing at sales@infobeamsolution.com. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and transparently.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, in accordance with the governing law provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
10. Changes to This Policy
Infobeam Solution reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of posting on our website. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
Your continued engagement with Infobeam Solution after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
