At Infobeam Solution, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and clear results through our dedicated Amazon account management services. We stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines the terms for service delivery and eligibility for refunds.

Our Commitment to Service

We strive to complete all work within the agreed-upon timelines outlined in your service package. We understand that delays can impact your business. If we fail to meet our promised timeframe for reasons within our control, we will proactively work with you to compensate for the lost time, typically through a service extension.

Refund Eligibility Windows

  • Monthly Packages: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.
  • Quarterly Packages: Refund requests must be made within 20 days of purchase.

After these periods, refunds cannot be offered.

Conditions for a Valid Refund Request

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  1. It is within the eligibility window stated above.
  2. It is based on a verifiable service delivery issue or quality standard not met by the Infobeam Solution team.
  3. It is validated by our Support Manager following a review.
  4. Refunds are not granted based on a simple change of interest, a lack of sales, or factors beyond our operational control (e.g., Amazon policy changes, market fluctuations).

The Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Onboarding Fee: A fixed onboarding fee of ₹5,000 will be deducted from the refund total. This covers the initial strategic setup and resource allocation for your account.
  • Pro-Rata Calculation: The remainder of the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the days we have not yet worked, minus the first month’s fixed charges for quarterly packages. No refund is applicable for monthly packages after the 5-day window.
  • Work Report: Upon request, we can provide a report detailing the work completed on your account during the service period.

How to Initiate a Refund Request

To start the process, please contact us at support@infobeamsolution.com with your invoice receipt and a detailed explanation for your request. This allows us to quickly validate and address your concerns.

Processing Approved Refunds

Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. We process refunds once monthly. Refunds approved between the 1st and 15th will be processed by the 25th of the same month. Refunds approved after the 15th will be processed by the 25th of the following month. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the credit to appear in your original payment method.

Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund after we have processed it, we recommend you:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Service Credits & Non-Refundable Situations

In certain exceptional circumstances, such as a verifiable medical emergency or “act of God” that prevents you from receiving service, a full refund may not be applicable. Instead, we may, at our discretion, issue a service credit for the unused portion of your plan, allowing you to resume services at a future date.

Policy Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to provide necessary documentation or access required for us to perform the service.
  • Rejection of creative assets (e.g., photos, A+ Content) by Amazon due to non-compliance with marketplace standards.
  • Conflicts arising from unprofessional communication or derogatory remarks toward any Infobeam Solution team member.

Agreement

By registering for and purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.

Infobeam Solution reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
